1. We help you find a way of eating that is healthy and can help you control your weight. A way of eating needs to work for you permanently, not just for a few weeks.
2. We support you as you succeed in losing some weight and establishing your way of eating as part of your life.
We called ourselves Ways of Eating to make it as clear as possible that we are different from short term diets.
